Oslo it so quiet

Oslo has not really sparkled for us, with only a day and half to do so and the beauty we have come from it perhaps wasnt going to get a chance.  We also needed to readjust our guage. We headed down for breakfast, two with ears still popped from the flight and slightly deaf, into an almost literal bun fight and the chance of getting a pain au choclat was zero as the buffet breakfast was proving to  turn nearly everyone into some kind of food hoarder or binge eater. With a massive coffee queue andthen putting coffee instead of hot water on your tea bag it was time to escape the harassment into the city....... It felt deserted and so quiet 🤫  Armed with a trusty paper map and a few assumptions as there was no key to the map we headed off to walk around the city with ultimately one goal insight......an ice cream! As we ambled out around 1000 it felt like me didnt get a memo about being outside......there was no one around. Made walking around quite easy but felt ...

Last day of van fun!

With the last fun of the van fast approaching the final night was sat out watching the midnight sun while being schooled in monopoly deal by Lindsey and then by Fi and then waking up to what felt like a roasting in a tin can and excitedly heading tto the beach for a morning swim. Which was notably cooler this morning and more ice bath. 3 in and outs with about 20 strokes each way  It was back for breakfast  and the standard question from Fi, anyone want an orange? Response.....hhhmmmmm Anyone want some orange if i peel it? Response.... Yes please The beauty of travel buddies to peel.your oranges! Seriously how do you rotate this chair.....I felt the video with me chuckling is a little cruel. The chairs are rotated many times in the day, sometimes successfully all the way often a defeated hybrid halfway house. At the end of the day they need to be returned to driving position to allow the jigsaw of the third bed to constructed which by the final day we p...
