Most things go up but I'm slightly on the down

Moooooorning......washing done, showered and enjoying thw sunshine 

Whale tour booked for the following morning and a nice meandering drive planned for the day.

A lazy start with some van admin which included sorting the pooper which was surprisingly not as vomit worthy as i was expecting but the buff face covering still warranted. Water filled and off we went.

We swung by the supermarket to gather some fruit and snacks and set off again.....however as we progressed i became more and more poorly so i handed over the driving reins and spent much of the day alseep.

The island of andoy has a rocket launching pad where they send rockets into space to research the aurora. Blick and Stave had gorgeous sandy beaches and some further amazing walks that time and for me energy was escaping. I will definitely be leaving knowing i will want to come again.

We chose to wiggle along the western edge of the island towards Andennes where we would eventually catch our whale trip and the Ferry to Senja.

The road was often narrow and potholed and so along we pottered.....only it turns out some people are not fans of that. Despite doing the speed limit which most of the time is 60kmph a local Norwegian got very angry 😠 😡  speeding up behind us holding his horn on we dodged a couple of potholes and shouldered the road and verge so they could pass.

The car sped past and then stopped at angle in the road ahead of us and this large man got out. Dozing in the back i woke up and thought thwre must be something wrong with the van.....but no there was something wrong with thw man. Who proceeded to rant at us about 4 months of the year we have to put up with  this, that we shouldve pulled over and let him past that he is a bus driver and would've called the police on us. I am still not exactly sure what he wouldve said to them or expected them to do. He said i am so angry I am struggling to calm myself.

I hope whatever is going on in his life he manages to solve it before he really has a problem. Mojo slightly dented, though I  was too ill to care.

We found a great view point to park for the night probably thw beat wild wee spot yet! While i curled up in bed Lindsey and Fi made the most of it and headed off for a walk down along the white sand beaches.

When they returned i leavered myself out of bed for some fresh air munching on a carrot like a reindeer might.....which we havent seen many of yet. While they enjoyed a beer 

Sadly the whale watching was cancelled due to incoming weather so a new plan to catch an early ferry to Senja was made.

Fingers crossed to feeling better tomorrow
